The refurbishment of a four storey brownstone
house in Mid-Town Manhattan. The plan was adapted to cater for disabled
access including the installation of a hydraulic elevator.
The design and specification
stages were undertaken by Cite Design in London, UK. The project
was then handed over to
Abramowicz and Goble Design
in New York to take the project through statutory approvals and
the contruction process.
